Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and the packing slip or order confirmation.

  • We offer free replacements or refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or change of mind.
  • We do not require you to return the defective item—feel free to keep, gift, or donate it.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Please email us at support@thevedaview.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A photo of the packing slip or confirmation email

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days and offer you the option of a refund or a free replacement.

Shipping Address Errors
If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order has entered production.

Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage all customers to reach out to us before filing a dispute. We’re committed to making things right and can usually resolve issues faster and more smoothly this way.
